Eastleigh FC has released eight players, including Richard Brindley, Inih Effiong, Lloyd Humphries, Niall Maher, Josh McNamara, Jake Vokins, Paul McCallum, and Angel Waruih. The club has retained ten players, including Aaron Blair, Jordan Cousins, Kieron Evans, Temi Eweka, Josh Lundstram, Sam Pearson, Aaron Pierre, Barney Stone, Nick Townsend, and Connor Underhill. The Spitfires finished 17th in the National League this season, winning 13 matches, drawing 11, and losing 22. They made it to the first round proper of the FA Cup before being knocked out by League Two side Walsall. Kelvin Davis was in charge at the start of the campaign before Scott Bartlett took over in September. However, Bartlett was later sacked in February, with Richard Hill appointed on an interim basis until the end of the season.
